For our shipping we use Australia Post and a selection of couriers. We have recently updated our shipping options to include one regular post option that does not include tracking or insurance. This is for small articles such as coils, wick and wire. All other items are sent with a minimum of tracking. You will receive an email advising of dispatch and a tracking number. eSmokeStore will take care of the delivery by mail or by any other means to be chosen by eSmokeStore that matches the cost of the postage option chosen by the customer.

We offer free postage for orders over $75. Please note though, that this is for the regular postage option and should you choose premium postage options, additional charges will apply. Free postage only applies to locations within Australia.
We now offer free express postage for orders over $100 (subject to dangerous goods conditions*). Free express postage only applies to locations within Australia.
Depending on the postage option chosen, a signature may be required upon delivery. If you have any specific shipping and delivery requirements regarding your item, please inform us in your order notes. Please be aware though, that we will not be held liable for any items that go missing upon delivery. eSmokeStore will take care of the delivery by mail or by any other means to be chosen by eSmokeStore that match the cost of the postage option chosen by the customer.
We will send off any items purchased and paid for before 3pm AEST Monday-Friday on the same day. Orders placed over the weekend or on public holidays will be sent off on the next business day. At present, we only send items to locations within Australia.
Please be aware that over the Christmas, New Year and Easter period your package may take slightly longer to reach you. This is due to the large amounts of post going through AusPost at this time of year.
In addition, please note that although special care is put into packaging your item(s) to protect them during shipping, they will be dispatched at your own risk. After you receive your note of dispatch, we will no longer be responsible for your item(s) if they are lost or damaged by Australia Post or our couriers during shipping. We will attempt to assist you if there are issues relating to your order, however, we are under no obligation to replace the item if it fails to arrive. If you have chosen our new postage option that includes no tracking or insurance, please be aware that you have chosen this option at your own risk. eSmokeStore will not be held liable should your item be lost or damaged during shipping. If you are concerned that your item may be damaged or lost enroute, you can upgrade your postage to registered post which includes insurance and signature upon arrival.
Our postage costs are calculated using the most viable option on a per weight and location basis. Please be aware that the overall weight may differ from the item weight as it factors in packaging. Special care is taken to ensure, to the best of our ablitiy, that your item arrives in the same state as it left our location.

* Some items are classed as dangerous goods and many not be able to be sent via Express Post. In this case we will select the fastest possible route for those items to get safely to you.
