How will I know if my order has been received?

You will receive an e-mail advising you that your order has been received, payment has been accepted and the order is being processed. Once your item has been sent, you will receive another e-mail informing you of dispatch and containing your tracking number. You can track the progress of your Australia Post order via: http://auspost.com.au/track/track.html. If you do not receive an email in your inbox, please check your spam or various other assorted folders just in case it was delivered there.

How can I return a faulty device?

Should your device prove to be faulty, please contact us using the form on the "Contact Us" page and the "Customer Support" tab. Please describe in detail what is wrong with your device and we will advise you on how to proceed further. 

When will my order arrive?

This will depend on the type of postage you chose (please refer to our "Shipping" page for more details on postage options). We will endevour to send your order off within one business day of purchase. One of the shipping providers we use is Australia Post, so for further information on approximate delivery times you can refer to their website: http://auspost.com.au/parcels-mail/domestic-delivery-times.html

What if an item is out of stock?

If an item is listed as being out of stock, contact us via the "Contact Us" page and we will advise you on the length of time until the item will become available again.
